General conditions
1. The use of materials and services of the Site is regulated by the norms of current legislation of Ukraine.
2. This Agreement is a public offer. Getting access to materials of the Site User is considered joining this Agreement.
3. Administration of the Site is right at any time in the one-sided order to change the terms of this Agreement. Such changes go into effect after the expiration of 3 (Three) days from the moment of placing an updated version of the Agreement on a site. At disagreement of User with any alteration made he is under an obligation to give up access to Site, stop the use of materials and services of Site.
Obligations of User
1. User consents not to undertake actions that can be examined as violate the Ukrainian legislation or norms of international law, including in the field of intellectual property, authorial and/or contiguous rights, and also any actions that lead or can result in violation of normal work of Site and services of Site.
2. The use of materials on the Site without the consent of legal owners is shut out. For the legitimate use of materials on the Site entering into licence contracts (receipt of licenses) is needed from legal Owners..
3. At quoting of materials of Site, including the guarded authorial works, reference to the Site is obligatory..
4. User is alerted that Administration of Site does not carry responsibility for a visit and use by him external resources, references to that can be contained on a site.
5. User agrees that Administration of Site does not carry responsibility and does not have direct or indirect obligations before User in connection with any possible or arising up losses or losses, related to any maintenance of Site, registration of copyrights and information about such registration, by commodities or services, accessible on or got through external sites or resources or another contacts of User, into that he entered, using the information or references placed on Site on external resources.
Other conditions
1. All possible disputes following from this Agreement or related to it are subject to permission in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
2. Nothing in Agreement can be understood as establishment between User and Administrations of Site of agent relations, relations of association, relations on joint activity, relations of personal recruitment, or some another relations straight not foreseen by Agreement.
3. Confession by the court some provision of Agreement invalid or not subject to the forced execution does not draw ineffectiveness of another provisions of Agreement.
4. Administration of Site inaction in case of violation by somebody from Users provisions of Agreement does not deprive Administration of Site the right to undertake later corresponding actions to secure interests and defence copyrights for the materials of Site guarded in accordance with a legislation.
5. The User accepts the fact that all materials and services of the Site or any part of them may be accompanied by advertising. The User agrees that the Administration of the Site does not bear any responsibility and has no obligations in connection with such advertising.
6. The site administration is not responsible for damage, loss or expense (actual or possible) incurred in connection with this Site, its use or inability to it being used.
7. The Administration of the Site is not responsible for possible illegal actions of the User in relation to third parties, or third parties in relation to the User.
8. The site administration is not responsible for the statements of the User, made or published on the Site.
9. All trademarks and names referenced in the materials of the Site are the property of their respective owners.
10. The Site is the object of intellectual property rights of the Site Administration. All exclusive property rights to the Site belong to the Site Administration. Use of the Site by Users is possible strictly within the framework of the Agreement and the legislation of Ukraine about intellectual property rights.
11. Users of the Site may, at their own request, make non-cash money transfers to personal accounts in the details. specified on the Site.
12. These conditions for the processing of personal data are developed in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, treaties and agreements of the CIS countries, as well as the rules of international treaties, agreements, conventions, protocols.
13. This Agreement is effective from the date of accession and is valid for an indefinite period.
14. The Administration has the right to keep archival copies of the Content for an indefinite period.
15. This Agreement is drawn up in the Ukrainian language. In case of divergence between the Ukrainian language version and the version of the Agreement in another language, the provisions of the Ukrainian language version of this Agreement shall apply.
